The most downloaded mobile apps categories on Android are Games (64.5%), Tools (5.5%), Photo (4.9%), Social network (4.4.%), Entertainment (3.8%), Other (16.9%). The total number of mobile apps downloaded in Vietnam in 2020 reached 2.78 billion apps, an increase of 40 million downloaded apps compared to 2018. Specifically, the consumer expenditures on mobile apps increased by 179.4% compared to 2018.
